We are offering to all companies engaged in LEED Certification a solution of all the problems that are related to the execution of credits associated with Energy Modeling, Commissioning and Indoor Environmental Quality.
By proposing an integrated approach, we are aiming to identify and to deepen the synergetic interactions involved in this process, so that to reveal all the effects.
From this point of view, Energy Modeling is the most suitable instrument allowing the immediate evaluation of the cause/effect. This is because of it is reliabilities for different scenarios, that allow to evaluate the effects of every single choice on building.
In general, LEED, or Leader in Energy and Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices.
From the five LEED Rating systems, Termoservice has been participating and continues to participate in three of them, namely:
BD+C – BUILDING DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION, which covers the following building types:
ID+C – INTERIOR DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION, which covers the following building types: Commercial Interiors, Retail, Hospitality.
O+M – OPERATION + MAINTENANCE, which covers the following building types:
